At 13.09 seconds, Liu Xiang returns as the king
Today’s papers are splashed with Liu Xiang’s victory - and third gold medal - yesterday at the Asian Games. The athlete had limped out of the 2008 Olympics and was heralded a champion and a king after he successfully beat his opponents with the Asian Games record of 13.09 seconds.

Asian Games 2010 torch passed around the country
The relay of the Asia Games 2010 torch began its cycle on October 12. The picture of today’s Southern Metropolis Daily shows a Dongguan “Horse King” with the torch - the Director of the Dongguan Municipal Committee Liu Zhigeng (刘志庚) - who is handing the torch to basketball player Du Feng (杜锋).
