Hu Zhong, first generation paperboy turned CEO, dies aged 41
Paper Tiger Limited founder Hu Zhong (胡忠) was stabbed to death in a car park on July 9. He was CEO of the newspaper and magazine distribution company that later developed malls and websites for online book and magazine shopping as well as other similar services.
The Beijing News called him a first generation paperboy (中国第一代报童) and his death is suspected to be revenge-motivated, though the police are still investigating. The Beijing News ran an obituary on Sunday August 8.

Man responsible for four murders, including two policemen, arrested
Hu Yihua (胡益华), a native of Zhejiang, shot down two policemen in Guangdong and a couple in Zhejiang. His arrest in Xiamen yesterday has been covered in papers today. Newspaper gave him the title ‘sole bandit’ (Southern Metropolis Daily) and ‘ evil demon’ (Dongguan Times.

Shenzhen municipal government ordered each kindergarten in Shenzhen to have at least two security guards on staff. The policy is believed to generate over 1,600 new jobs.

In Inner Mongolia, justice denied and then delayed
Hugejiltu was executed in 1996 for murder. In 2005, a serial rapist and murderer confessed to the crime, but authorities are not pursuing the case.
