After a series of grisly mass murders victimizing defenseless young school children and kindergarten kids, the whole country is rushing to beef up campus security. According to Shenzhen-based newspaper Daily Sunshine, yesterday, the local municipal government ordered each kindergarten in Shenzhen to have at least two security guards on staff. According to the report, the policy will generate over 1,600 new jobs. Given that all the three killers were unemployed at the time the murders were committed, the new policy could kill two birds with one stone.
