首都文明委提示您，每月11日是排队推动日，排队文明，礼让光荣。
The Civilized Capital Committee reminds you: the 11th of every month is Wait In An Orderly Line Day.
It’s shame that it’s only one a day a month that Beijingers are asked to queue in an orderly fashion, but one day is better than none.
The Civilized Capital Committee may use SMS to distribute their messages, but they do not seem to have a website, unless they are a part of the Beijing Spiritual Civilization Office. That organization has an email address where you can report uncivilized behavior in Beijing: sdwmrx@bjwmb.gov.cn.
