Adage China

AdAge, the trade journal for the advertising industry, has launched the electronic newsletter AdAge China, going into competition with Hong Kong’s Media magazine which is available in print and electronically, and has up till now been the industry gossip sheet of choice.

With headlines like “Western marketers make music in China: Pop music promotions appeal to hip young adults”, AdAge China is only about ten years behind the zeitgeist, but given time the newsletter might become a useful source of industry information.

Thanks to IT entrepreneur and Beijing comedy ChopSchticks impresario Richard Robinson for the link.
