New Life Post is a general news daily published by the Yunnan Disabled Person’s Federation and distributed nationwide. It is one of the mainstream newspapers in Yunnan with a daily distribution that reaches 200,000 copies, mostly inside the province.
Today’s lead headline announces that all museums in China will open to the public without entrance fees by 2009. The regulation was issued by four government departments, including the Propaganda Department, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.
