个人上传奥运赛事录像最高罚10万

12日,国家版权局版权管理司副司长许超透露,个人录制奥运比赛实况后擅自上传,或者视频网站盗播奥运赛事,都将面临最高10万元的处罚。(北青网)
Translated, it reads:
“Individual will face 100,000 yuan fine for uploading Olympic Games
video to the Internet.
—————- On (June) 12, Xu Chao, deputy director of the General National
Copyright Administration of China, said that individual and websites
will face fines as high as 100,000 yuan for uploading recordings of
Olympic Games video to the internet.”
How effectively this stern proclamation can be enforced is still to be seen.
