Cherry blossoms at Yuyuantan

ESWN has an interesting post on the debate over whether to uproot flowering cherry trees planted by the Japanese Occupation.

Here in Beijing, tourists viewing the cherry blossoms at Yuyuantan could rent traditional Japanese costumes and stroll among the trees.
