City Pictorial’s May 28 issue has a feature on China’s ‘mood’, consisting of short interviews with 20 writers who went to France to participate in the Chinese year in France activities. The interviews don’t reach any conclusion about China’s national mood.
City Pictorial has a fashion spread in each issue called ‘Darling a date with you’ in English, and chong’er or ‘pet’ in Chinese. The cover girl is usually the model from that spread.
