Construction on the world’s third-tallest building has begun in Wuhan, the Chutian Metropolis Daily reports.

When it is completed, the 606 meter building will dwarf China’s current tallest building, the 492-meter tall Shanghai World Financial Center, but will still be in second place: a new Shanghai Center currently under construction will reach a height of 632 meters. The world’s tallest building, the Burj Dubai Tower, stands 800 meters tall.
