
A draft version of a new amendment to the criminal law has been released, and today’s Oriental Morning Post highlights rules about drunk driving:
Immediate detention for drunk driving
All drivers, regardless of severity or consequences, will be guilty of dangerous driving.
Drunk drivers no longer have to cause an accident to be taken into custody. The crime of “dangerous driving” also includes racing.
At the bottom of the page is a report on the DPRK‘s response to South Korea’s recently-concluded military exercises: “not worth” a response.
