The top headline in today’s Oriental Morning Post announces that Chang’e I – China’s first lunar exploration project – has entered the final stage of preparations. According to Chief Director Zhang Qingwei of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, it will launch before the end of this month, as anticipated.
