Which, through my powers inductive and deductive English logic, I’m pretty sure is supposed to be:
fresh beer
spicy wings
pretty servers.

UPDATE: Michael Gallagher emails: I’d be willing to bet that the Hooters sign is intentional as that would fit in with the cheeky innuendos of that establishment. Notice the mix and match typefaces of the hand lettering.
