China.com reports on a rather unusual sales promotion at a Xi’an department store last weekend: An MC on a stage in front of the store told the gathered crowd that any girls willing to take of all their clothes except their underwear would be allowed to run into the store and choose any down jacket to take home for free.
Sixteen young women stripped.
Then they ran around the store looking for the most expensive down jackets.
But security guards had to take action to prevent a competitor from cheating: she was wearing too many clothes:

In news that is somehow related, Hooters opened its first branch in China. As the China Daily puts it: “Hooters is also famous for its young and active “Hooters girls”, who add the attractions to the restaurant.”
