Two Chinese movie stars named Pu Cunxin and Xu Fan have many things in common: they are both listed in China Forbes magazine’s celebrity list (Pu ranked number 40, Xu was 47); they both graduated from the Central Academy of Drama; both acted in various productions by the Beijing People’s Art Theater (Beijing Renyi); finally, they both enjoy public service activities.
Besides being a celebrity endorser for a local brand of men’s suits, Pu has also acted as endorser for blood donation and for an AIDS prevention campaign.
For Xu Fan, she has chosen to speak for the Beijing government tax bureau.
