German Publishing Giants Enter China’s Cartoon Market
Germany’s Mesago Holding and CNV Publishing House have reached an agreement with China Animation Film Association and Beijing Exhibition Center to cooperate in the China and international cartoon markets. The German and Chinese partners will work together on hosting international animation exhibitions, as well as cartoon program production and trading, cartoon CDs and book publishing, and high-technology equipment imports. Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou are together worth over 1.3 billion Yuan a year for the animation industry.
