From the report: “BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s southern tropical holiday island of Hainan is counting down to the day it becomes the country’s fourth satellite launch center, the China Daily said on Tuesday.
But while the provincial government had approved preliminary plans, it could be a long time before central authorities gave Hainan the green light to start construction, the newspaper said.”
