Chongqing Evening News reports that vendors have taken this idea for use as a marketing promotion. Pictured is a “Certified Virgin” cigarette case. The text reads:
The smoker who possesses this license is a fully-certified virgin. He is upright and disease-free. All women may use him with worry-free. Valid for 1314 years. Issued by the United Association of International Beauties.
