Ltd. (QLMWC) has denied its new product &#8220;Laoshan Cola&#8221; may infringe on Coca-Cola Co. Ltd&#8217;s copyright &#8230; An official from the planning department &#8230;  denied that the product&#8217;s packaging could evoke a copyright dispute. &#8220;The brand name &#8220;Laoshan&#8221; has been registered as trademark, approved by the state trademark office. The trademark has already been used in our product packaging for mineral water and soft drinks,&#8221; she said.
