The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) released their “Economic Blue Paper,” the Blue Paper shows that this year the figure for income and all towns and cities across the nation is 8.76, which is 0.46 higher than last year. This is the equivalent of normal families saving for 8.76 years without eating or drinking, and buying a house. Bawang shampoo and its cancer-causing chemical
The Xinhua-run Modern Express today goes with a sensational, eyeball-grabbing front page. Jackie Chan is depicted, cartoon-style, holding a bottle of Bawang shampoo that he has endorsed for many years. Faye Wong posing next to him. What’s wrong with the shampoo? It contains dioxane (二恶烷), a cancer causing agent, which here is a black ghost with the characters ‘二恶烷’ etched on its body.
